Every two years memory care communities are required by the state of Oregon to undergo a thorough surprise inspection of resident care, staff training, medication management, activity programs, kitchen, and dining services as well as every other aspect of the community. Here at Countryside Village Lodge, our staff is PAC (Positive Approach to Care) trained, a Teepa Snow method to engage and enhance life and relationships of those living with Dementia.
